We are seeking two Legal Secretaries to join our growing team in Tauranga, supporting both our Litigation and Corporate teams.

As a Legal Secretary, you will provide administrative support to a busy team of lawyers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You will work alongside a mix of junior and senior lawyers, providing exceptional administrative skills and strong competency in technology and internal systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to a busy team of lawyers;
  • Assisting with transactional work, including corporate and finance tasks;
  • Communicating with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent customer experience;
  • Juggling multiple priorities on any given day.
