Job Description
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping and finance functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.
- Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts to support business growth and expansion.
- Process payroll accurately and on time ensuring employees are paid according to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure all financial records are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in preparing for and during audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role with strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software, payroll software, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- High level of trustworthiness and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
- Strong attention to detail to prevent errors and discrepancies.
