The Opportunity

As a Principal Contract Manager, you will work collaboratively with our team to drive excellence in contract delivery, manage high-risk, high-value contracts, and build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. You will also contribute to developing and implementing strategies for contract management that align with Ministry frameworks and objectives.
Your Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, and managing contract budgets and expenditures effectively. You should also have experience leading teams and driving continuous improvement, while providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Familiarity with the sectors in which we operate and an understanding of market trends, regulations, and best practices are essential.
