  5. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team and organisation.
About You

You are a highly skilled learning and development professional with a deep understanding of te ao Māori te reo and tikanga. You have experience in designing and delivering capability-building initiatives and are passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences.
