About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Quality Controller to join our team. As a Quality Controller, you'll be responsible for proactively identifying product defects and working with the buying and DC teams to ensure quality specifications are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify product defects and collaborate with the buying and DC teams to rectify issues.
  • Ensure accurate records are maintained to identify high-risk produce and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with growers and suppliers to address quality-related issues.
  • Maintain quality dashboards and provide regular quality reports.
  • Implement best practices to ensure consistent quality products.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in quality control or the produce/FMCG industry.
  • Detailed knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
  • Ability to assess data to inform quality-related decisions.
  • Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
