We're looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Supervisor, Food Services at The Paris Beer Co.

Key Accountabilities
  • Collaborate with chefs and culinary staff to develop menus and recipes that meet customer preferences
  • Direct the activities of servers, bartenders, and other front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide training and coaching to staff on customer service, conflict resolution, and cash handling procedures
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales, customer feedback, and employee performance
