About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team as a Talent & HR Officer. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional HR services and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to provide expert recruitment support and guidance, helping them to attract and retain top talent.
  • Facilitate the employee lifecycle by conducting comprehensive onboarding and exit interviews, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • Support the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date personnel data, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective HR systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and integrity across the organization.
  • Prepare and manage employment documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with NZ employment law and internal policies.
  • Coordinate reward and recognition programs, including quarterly awards and milestone celebrations, to foster a positive and motivated work environment.
  • Act as a key point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance and support to employees and managers alike.
