We are seeking a mid-level software engineer to join our team in an Agile development environment.

This individual will provide software engineering expertise as part of a team creating prototype robotic systems to support live training exercises.

Travel: 10-15%

Clearance: An ACTIVE Secret Clearance is required for this position.

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance.

Job Description
  • Writing, troubleshooting, and supporting Python software, usually written for ROS2 (Robot Operating System)
  • Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
  • Serve as an Agile Scrum team member providing software development and maintenance for the delivery of releasable software
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • In-depth understanding of Android software and application development
  • Ability to clearly and accurately document software source code, specifications, and manuals
  • Modeling and/or simulations, interface coding, TCP/IP, and serial communications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
