The Role

We are seeking an R&D Manager to join our dynamic team, responsible for leading cutting-edge R&D projects, shaping the future of EV charging technology, and building and empowering teams. As an R&D Manager at Kwetta Limited, you will be part of an exhilarating journey, immersing yourself in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with experts passionate about innovation and excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Drive innovation by leading R&D projects that redefine EV charging technology
• Shape the future by strategically planning and executing R&D initiatives
• Mentor and grow a multidisciplinary R&D team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional development
• Manage the R&D backlog and ensure seamless collaboration with other departments

What We Look For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A proven ability to inspire and lead high-performing R&D teams, with 5+ years of experience in R&D and at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role delivering groundbreaking projects
• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, paired with expertise to navigate complex challenges and innovate in high-power EV charging technology
• Innovative mindset, passion for pushing boundaries and embracing new ideas
• Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills to drive alignment, foster teamwork, and build strong relationships
