A proactive and passionate individual is sought to lead the recruitment, training, and development of facilitators and tutors. The successful candidate will design and implement training programs, ensuring they are equipped to deliver engaging and high-quality online and face-to-face learning experiences.
- Design and implement training programs for facilitators and tutors.
- Foster a culture of pedagogical innovation and continuous improvement.
- Support faculty in enhancing online, blended, and hybrid teaching.
- Cultivate vibrant Communities of Practice, driving collaboration and continuous improvement.
- At least 5 years' experience in a relevant project management role, ideally in an academic environment.
- Experience with stakeholder management, change management, and/or team leadership.
- Knowledge of developing structured frameworks for recruiting, contracting, and supporting facilitators and/or tutors.
- Pedagogical innovation and best practices to be able to integrate modern teaching methodologies.
- Experience promoting and leading learning, blended learning, and online workshops.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Clear and accurate report writing skills.
