The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a dynamic team, overseeing day-to-day workflows, and working on complex cases to identify and mitigate financial crime risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day workflows and use of resources to ensure referrals and cases are investigated and processed correctly and efficiently;
  • Manage compliance and operational risk, including maintaining an effective control environment and supporting the execution of the bank's strategy, policy, and risk appetite;
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial crime operations;
