In this role, you will play a key part in the day-to-day operational administration, acting as a primary point of contact for supplier relationships, and providing essential support to our Category Buyers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage product orders from placement to delivery.\
  • Raise purchase orders and oversee barcode processes.\
  • Maintain accurate product data and imagery.\
  • Process supplier invoices and update supplier information.\
  • Support advertising and promotional plans.\
  • Monitor and report on sales results.\
  • Provide general administrative and systems support.\
  • Assist with seasonal events such as Christmas, Easter, and Mother's Day by managing samples and critical paths.\
  • Develop strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.\
  • Cultivate a proactive mindset to find solutions to complex problems.\\-

About You

\

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, a natural problem-solver, detail-oriented, and confident in both verbal and written communication. Strong administrative experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, are advantageous.
