Role Overview
A senior accounting professional with a focus on business advisory services is sought by Consult Recruitment. This role presents an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and expertise in a rapidly expanding practice.
About the Job
As a key member of the BAS team, you will work closely with Principals and other team members to deliver high-quality services to clients from diverse industries. You will be responsible for managing workflow, ensuring timely completion of jobs, and maintaining relationships with clients. Your role will also involve reviewing work completed by junior team members and providing guidance as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders* Work collaboratively with the Principals and other team members to achieve business objectives* Review and provide feedback on work completed by junior team members* Develop and maintain knowledge of NZ IRD tax requirements and Xero packages
Requirements
* Solid experience in a New Zealand accounting firm at a reviewer or supervisory level* Strong working knowledge of Xero packages and add-ons* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills* Ability to engage with outsourced providers
