As a retail sales associate at Aldi USA, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining store appearance.

Key Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Cashier responsibilities: Process customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties, stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stocker responsibilities: Stock shelves and rotate product properly to guarantee fresh product is available for customers, follow merchandising planograms to create excellently merchandised displays, and organize new inventory.

Requirements
