What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record of leading engineering or security teams and growing people from all levels
  • Technical hands-on leadership experience as a Software or Security engineer
  • Previous experience in cloud-based environments (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
  • Deep understanding of broad infrastructure functions - CI/CD pipelines, automation, site reliability etc.
  • Experience making careful engineering tradeoffs
