About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Quality and Patient Safety Lead to support our efforts in delivering safe, high-quality patient care to achieve Health New Zealand goals.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional Deputy Chief Executive (DCE) and the National Chief, Quality and Patient Safety to ensure that quality and patient safety are at the forefront of all care delivered by Health New Zealand in the region.
The Regional Quality and Patient Safety Lead is responsible for ensuring that quality and patient safety are integrated into all aspects of the organization, including policy development, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives.
About the Team/Service/ Location
This role is part of a larger effort to improve the quality and safety of healthcare services in the Central Region. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders to achieve this goal.
