About the Role

The Electoral Commission is seeking a Project Support Officer to join their Voting Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of electoral events.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Leaders with project teams and provide efficient support
  • Design, develop, and test new work methods
  • Oversee management and distribution of training materials and documentation
  • Evaluate process design for effectiveness and ease of use
  • Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Sound working knowledge of MS systems and strong keyboard skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and show guided initiative
  • Knowledge/awareness of different cultures
  • High level of flexibility and ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence to work with diverse group of stakeholders
