Key responsibilities include communicating government strategies, identifying and providing implementation support, tracking progress, and working with schools and whānau to improve attendance and engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, as well as experience in project development and implementation.
A tertiary qualification in education or leadership is preferred, and fluency in Te Reo Māori is essential. The successful candidate will also demonstrate a commitment to upholding the Public Service Standards of Integrity and Conduct.
