About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team at CGR Services. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our construction technologies and capabilities to engineers, architects, and construction companies in the Wellington region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts
- Work with architects and designers to create system specifications that meet customer needs
- Negotiate sales and provide quotations and specifications to customers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments through attendance at trade events and seminars
Requirements
- A proven track record in sales development, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving growth
- Familiarity with the specification processes of the construction industry
- Sales experience in a construction-related industry, preferably with knowledge of waterproofing and/or roofing products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work autonomously
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in email, word processing, and basic Excel
