Job Description:

This role will involve coaching and delivering technical support in a variety of health and safety activities. You will work closely with our clients to identify their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of five years' experience in health and safety, preferably in a consulting or auditing capacity.
  • Holds a relevant health and safety qualification, such as Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or NEBOSH.
  • The ability to communicate and influence leaders at all levels, employees, and other key stakeholders to ensure client expectations are met or surpassed.
  • Knowledge of the New Zealand Health and Safety Legislation and Regulations.
  • Solid understanding and experience leading risk management processes.
  • Familiarity with high-risk industries – Construction (Civil and Vertical), Agricultural, Manufacturing.
