">Job Description:
">We are seeking a Clinical Quality Coordinator to join our Clinical and Resident Services team, providing essential support to ensure the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance across our villages. This role plays a crucial part in facilitating efficient workflows, ensuring regulatory documentation is maintained, and supporting key clinical initiatives.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Handling confidential correspondence and documentation">
- Coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Clinical and Quality operations team, including diary and meeting management">
- Assisting in maintaining documentation for regulatory compliance and accreditation">
- Coordinating internal communication to our villages">
- Managing travel arrangements and associated logistics for operations as required">
- Working collaboratively with the wider team on a range of improvement projects; continuously looking for ways to improve our processes and systems">
Requirements:
">You have proven coordination experience, with an exceptional eye for detail. Ideally, you have experience in the health or related sector and/or an understanding of quality standards.
