This opportunity is for a senior role within our front-end team based in Auckland. You will work closely with partners and an impressive client base, including central and local government, listed companies, financial institutions, and private businesses.
Your Role
As a Senior Solicitor in our construction team, you will advise key industry participants on all aspects of major projects and works programs. This includes planning, procurement, tendering, and delivery. You will lead projects by working directly with clients and their project teams, providing expert advice and guidance.
You will work across various infrastructure and commercial sectors, such as transport, energy, utilities, and large-scale office, residential, retail, and industrial projects. This role offers you the chance to be involved in significant construction transactions and work alongside some of the leading lawyers in this practice area.
Requirements
- A background of at least 3 years' experience in transactional or advisory construction.
- Intellectually and commercially astute.
- The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
