Manufacturing Process Improvement Manager

The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for providing technical and business expertise to support the delivery of IT projects across the ANJ region. This involves working closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, develop solutions, and implement changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of IT projects, to be delivered consistently with a high level of quality, within budget and time constraints.
- Provide strong leadership and clear direction to IT team members/project stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure that vendors deliver positive business outcomes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in IT project management and business analysis, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your skills and qualifications should include:
- Bachelors' Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business Administration or similar.
- Formal Business Analysis qualifications (such as CBAP or similar) are preferred.
- 2+ years as an IT Business Analyst or similar technology driven role.
- Familiar with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
