About the Role

This permanent position involves working with our market-leading client on their data platforms (CDW, ACE, and MDM) and associated data integration platforms (Informatica, Striim). As a Senior Data Engineer, you will ensure that all potential risks have clear remediation plans and maintain proactive monitoring across all platforms.

You will contribute to the ongoing development and upkeep of the roadmap and strategic vision for data platforms and data integration platforms. You will lead the way in defining requirements, intricate design, and development of data platforms and data integration platforms for assigned projects.

  1. Duties include playing a crucial role in maintaining data platforms (CDW, ACE, and MDM) and associated data integration platforms (Informatica, Striim).
  2. Ensure that all potential risks have clear remediation plans.
  3. Maintain proactive monitoring across all platforms.
  4. Contribute to the ongoing development and upkeep of the roadmap and strategic vision for data platforms and data integration platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, or similar database and cloud platforms, as well as 5+ years of experience with Informatica, Striim, or similar data integration platforms.

You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective interaction with all workforce levels, and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment.
