As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to various business stakeholders across our organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with HR team members and client group stakeholders.

  • Provide guidance and support to business stakeholders on HR-related matters.

  • Partner with the Recruitment team to ensure timely and quality recruits into client groups.

  • Partner with the Learning and Development team to implement initiatives to meet the needs of client groups.

  • Partner with the HR Operations team to ensure timely management of people processes.

  • Employee Relations: Coach and guide people leaders through employee relations matters, ensuring practical and fair solutions.

  • Influence, advise and educate leaders in people and performance related issues and coach them to deliver key messages to their team members.

  • Work closely with leaders and individual contributors to improve work relationships, build engagement, and increase productivity and retention.

  • Identify and escalate industry trends, best practice and/or legislative changes to relevant business stakeholders for both medium and long-term planning.

  • Provide informed and sound HR advice to stakeholders.

This position requires someone who can effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, provide guidance and support on HR-related matters, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
