We're seeking exceptional Caregivers to join our team at Summerset Mountain View, one of our New Plymouth villages. This full-time role involves working on a 4 on 2 off AM, PM, and Night shift rotation.
As a Caregiver, you'll provide personal care to our residents, assisting with activities such as showering, delivering meals, and maintaining their independence. Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Achievement of Level 3 or 4 (Health and Wellbeing) or at least 3 years of experience in aged care may be acceptable.
- A team player who collaborates effectively to support residents.
- Genuine interest in working with older people.
- Empathy, kindness, patience, and emotional resilience for challenging situations.
- A positive, 'can-do' attitude, and be available to work on a rostered and rotating shift pattern (including mornings, afternoon and weekends).
