Job Description
As our next Fashion Retail Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of fashion-forward individuals to deliver an unforgettable customer experience. You will motivate your team to drive sales and provide a memorable styling experience for our customers. Your focus will be on creating a unique customer experience, going above and beyond their expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous leadership experience, ideally in retail
- Experience in developing and coaching a team
- Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience
- Previous Visual Merchandising experience working from a brief
- Proven ability to achieve sales and KPIs while controlling wage spend and stock loss targets
