Job Overview

As a New Relic Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for integrating New Relic into our cloud-based infrastructure and setting up monitoring to enable insights into application performance, user experience, and infrastructure health.

This role requires a strong understanding of DevOps and cloud environments, as well as experience in monitoring cloud-based applications.

You will work closely with our development and operations teams to leverage New Relic's capabilities to their full potential, including implementing New Relic's AI Predictability solution and creating dashboards for Support and Management.

Responsibilities

  • Configure New Relic for application performance monitoring and infrastructure monitoring
  • Integrate New Relic into our AWS and MS Azure infrastructure
  • Develop and implement monitoring and reporting strategies to enable insights into system performance

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in implementing and configuring New Relic, as well as a strong understanding of DevOps and cloud environments.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar implementation or monitoring role is required, along with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
