You will ensure all operations and project planning adhere to health and safety requirements, accurately measure quantities, assess labor and material costs, and produce comprehensive schedules to project specifications.

Requirements: Qualification in Quantity Surveying. A minimum of three years of industry-relevant work experience in pricing, contract administration, planning, pricing, or estimating within the Steel industry is highly desirable. Experience in preparing cost plans, estimates, contract administration, and financial reports. Working knowledge of contract law and conditions of contract. Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills, even under pressure. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Pricing Software. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
