We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Parliamentary Coordinator. This is a critical role that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the information, documents, and technology behind select committee meetings. This will involve working closely with committee clerks to ensure routine tasks are completed efficiently and accurately, as well as using judgment to respond to reactive tasks as they arise.

The role will also involve interacting with Members of Parliament, departmental advisors, and members of the public, as well as managing technology during committee meetings and maintaining accurate select committee documents and data.
