Design and Implementation Role

We are seeking a Strategic Advisor to join our Design and Implementation team in Commissioning and Service Improvement (CSI). Our goal is to support the delivery of positive change in the justice system for a safe and fair Aotearoa.

In this role, you will lead and contribute to continuous improvement projects. You will analyze problems, assess options, and design improvements across courts, tribunals, and wider justice sector initiatives. The successful candidate will be able to think outside the box, understand and interpret data to get to the heart of the issues.

This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and provides an opportunity to demonstrate and develop your project management, process design, workshop facilitation, procurement, change management, and leadership skills using a range of internationally recognized improvement methodologies.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Developing the capability of others and leading teams to achieve results
  • Providing advice and guidance on strategic direction and policy
  • Engaging with stakeholders to build relationships and influence outcomes
