Job Description
">A Senior Civil Engineer / Project Lead is required to join our expanding Civil Engineering team. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of design leading civil projects, managing client relationships, reviewing design work, and collaborating with the civil engineering design team across projects.
">Responsibilities
">- Contribute to the review and development of designs for land development and residential, commercial, and industrial projects, including site planning, drainage, and utilities.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring efficient use of Civil 3D for underground services design.
- Maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Report project progress to senior management and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
">A minimum of 10 years' experience in NZ-based land development and infrastructure projects, preferably with CPEng NZ certification.
