AOD Testing Coordinator

About the Role
As an experienced coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Alcohol and Drug testing team. You will be responsible for liaising with Community Probation sites and AOD testing providers to book and coordinate tests.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and escalating issues and trends to ensure appropriate follow up can be taken;
- Providing high-quality advice and guidance regarding AOD testing to all stakeholders;
- Supporting frontline staff by providing expert advice and guidance on AOD testing procedures;
About You
We are looking for someone who has experience working in a potentially high-pressure environment and has strong relationship management skills. You will also need to have good understanding of relevant legislation and the ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be able to read and interpret relevant legislation, follow processes and procedures to work effectively, and demonstrate attention to detail in order to ensure accuracy of information. You will also have strong organizational and time management skills.
