Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate support workers' care practices, such as handwashing and moving and handling.

You will be responsible for delivering complex care and specialized tasks, as well as offering on-the-job training and mentorship to less experienced workers. This role requires a positive attitude, experience in behaviour management, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Minimum Requirements:- A positive attitude and experience in behaviour management is highly valued.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential (training provided).
- Ability to work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams is crucial.
- A full or restricted New Zealand driver's license is required.
- A Level 4 Health and Wellbeing Certificate (or equivalent) is necessary, with a plan to complete Level 4 if not already achieved.
- A Career force Assessor Qualification is highly desirable.
