About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Voyage Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing customized travel itineraries, providing expert advice to customers, and ensuring seamless execution of travel plans.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute customized travel itineraries, taking into account customer preferences, budget, and interests.
2. Provide expert advice to customers, recommending the best travel options, including flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, insurance, and more.
3. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring seamless execution of travel plans.
4. Maintain accurate records and manage bookings efficiently, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the travel industry, preferably in sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong product knowledge, with the ability to stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends and deals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
