Job Description

We're seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our self-checkout team on a permanent part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing fast and efficient service to our customers, ensuring they have a positive experience when using our self-checkout facilities.

You'll work closely with our loss prevention team to maintain a secure and organized store environment, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle challenging situations with ease.

Key Responsibilities
