Role OverviewAs Senior Structural Director, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and mentoring to the structural team. You will leverage your commercial acumen to secure contracts and drive business growth. You will play a key role in company-wide business development planning and execution.
You will maintain and enhance client relationships, ensuring high-quality project delivery. Your expertise will be invaluable in driving business growth and technical excellence.
Your Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the structural team
- Leverage your commercial acumen to secure contracts and drive business growth
- Play a key role in company-wide business development planning and execution
- Maintain and enhance client relationships, ensuring high-quality project delivery
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 15+ years of Structural Engineering experience (CPEng qualification required)
- Technical expertise – You have led complex, full life-cycle projects and can provide high-level QA
- Leadership & mentoring skills – You enjoy empowering and sharing knowledge with an established team eager to grow
- Commercial focus – You can network, secure opportunities, and deliver lean, timely projects
