As a Compliance Assistant Manager at Hines, you will play a vital role in maintaining our compliance programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and upholding our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct compliance monitoring and reporting tasks for Hines' regulated operations in Luxembourg, including AIFM operations.
  • Analyze new and upcoming regulatory developments for Luxembourg and broader Europe.
  • Prepare compliance and AML reports for regulated and unregulated structures.
  • Support third parties during internal and external audits.
  • Liaise with regulatory agencies and internal/external advisors.
  • Collaborate with the Global Anti-Financial Crime Compliance Team and the Luxembourg Compliance Director.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Three years of compliance experience, preferably in the investment management or investment funds industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; French, German, or Italian language skills beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
