**Job Summary**
Powerco is seeking a Property Specialist to join our Property & Consents team for a 12-month fixed term. As a Property Specialist, you will be responsible for securing and managing property rights and other approvals necessary for our infrastructure projects.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Secure property rights and approvals to support Powerco's infrastructure projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide property and consenting advice to the business.
**Ideal Candidate**
- Relevant background or qualification in property or valuation.
- Experience in property negotiation and acquisition, portfolio management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
