**Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service**
We are rebuilding our team to provide high-quality care to children and adolescents in the Rotorua and Taupo areas.
The role can be based in either Rotorua or Taupo, with clinics offered at both sites.
To excel in this position, you will require:
- A broad range of general psychiatric skills
- Vocational Registration as a Child Psychiatrist with the Medical Council of NZ
- A passion for teaching and training the next generation of medical professionals
About Our Region
The Lakes District serves a population of over 118,000 across 9,570 square kilometres.
The region is home to two main hospitals, serving the communities of Rotorua and Taupo.
Our DHB works closely with local iwi groups, including Te Arawa and Ngati Tuwharetoa.

Salary and Terms
The salary for this position ranges from $142,000 to $267,980, plus Senior Medical Officer allowances, pro-rated to hours worked.
