  3. Mentoring and Coaching: Mentor and coach students in design processes and principles, providing guidance and feedback to ensure they achieve their full potential.
  4. Assessment and Evaluation: Assess student progress and evaluate the effectiveness of our programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with faculty and industry professionals to enhance student learning outcomes and stay informed about developments in the creative industry.

Requirements

  • A tertiary qualification in graphic design or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of industry experience in graphic or digital design.
  • Teaching or training experience in an academic or professional setting (highly desirable).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
