Vehicle Systems Test Lead Job Description
The Vehicle Systems Test Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of Rocket Lab's Electron Vehicle. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities
- Develop and document test equipment, procedures, and analyses to ensure accurate and efficient testing.
- Collaborate with production, avionics, and propulsion teams to align testing schedules and outcomes with project goals.
- Conduct thorough testing, troubleshooting, and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Mentor junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration within the Electron Engineering division.
