The Ideal CandidateWe are seeking highly skilled and experienced Technology Support Specialists to join our team as Service Desk Analysts. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant industry-recognized qualification, have experience working with Microsoft technologies, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing high-quality, customer-focused IT services.
In this role, you will work closely with our Digital Team to enhance technology use across UCOL, providing technical support to staff and students, and participating in onboarding and offboarding processes. Regular travel to our other campuses is required to ensure comprehensive support to the business.
Responsibilities:- Provide technical assistance to staff and students using various technology solutions.
- Participate in onboarding and offboarding processes, including related training.
- Collaborate with the Digital Team to identify and implement improvements in technology usage.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Relevant industry-recognized qualification and experience working with Microsoft technologies.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality, customer-focused IT services.
- Excellent customer service relationship skills and basic knowledge of Moodle platforms.
- Full driver's license.
