**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced investigator to play a crucial part in ensuring the city's water services comply with all relevant regulations and legislation. This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity covering for parental leave.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting proactive and responsive inspections of non-compliance and breaches of consent conditions, Bylaws, management plans, and other relevant legislative requirements within specified timeframes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance, excellent investigative and reporting skills, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders (internal and external).
