This position exists to provide medical imaging services for Hauora Tairawhiti, supporting diagnosis and treatment through excellent imaging services. The successful candidate will work as a casual Medical Radiation Technologist, providing high-quality imaging services using X-Ray equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Qualified Medical Radiation Technologist
- Registered with NZMRT
- Current Annual Practising Certificate
- Experience in operating X-Ray equipment, including digital machines
- Sound oral and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of cross-sectional imaging
- A high level of time management and personal work organizational skills
- CT knowledge would be an advantage
