As the head of the Airport Fire Service, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 50 professionals in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategy to enhance emergency response and operational readiness.
  • Leverage your leadership expertise to drive transformational change, improving standards, morale, and team performance.
  • Provide strong financial and operational oversight, optimizing resources, budgets, and processes for maximum impact.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators.
  • Champion safety, sustainability, and innovation to elevate service delivery.
