Job Overview
We are seeking two Across School Leaders with expertise in curriculum development, particularly in numeracy, and/or experience in coordinating services for children with additional needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate professional learning networks across schools to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective curriculum strategies to support numeracy achievement.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and school leaders to promote culturally responsive teaching and Māori learner success.
- Coordinate services and support for children with additional needs, ensuring inclusive education practices.

- Strong curriculum knowledge and passion for teacher growth and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse communities.
- Commitment to Māori learner success and culturally responsive teaching practices.
