About Our Role

  • As a Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • You will work collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver person-centered care and address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.

Your Skills And Experience

  • A proven track record of experience in caring for others, preferably within an aged care environment.
  • New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) Certificate in Health and Wellbeing or an equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
