Job Title:

Assistant Executive Housekeeper

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness
  • Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies
  • Provide on-the-job training to team members
  • Facilitate effective communication between departments

Requirements:

  • 6 months - 2 years supervisory experience in a housekeeping environment
  • Experience controlling and maintaining budgets, operating supplies, replacements, and consumables
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Eye for detail and ability to follow procedures
