About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join our Digital Business team in Tauranga. This 12-month fixed term position will provide active support to the Digital Business department, including scheduling meetings, updating documentation, meeting minutes, creating reports, and maintaining financials.
The successful candidate will have prior administration experience, particularly within finance or project teams. Strong time management, organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, strong financial processing skills, high accuracy, and attention to detail are essential requirements. Experience with Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft suite is also necessary.
This role requires a positive team player who can demonstrate initiative, showing a willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Support the Digital Business team in providing day-to-day administrative assistance.
- Assist in completing financial administration tasks, including raising, managing, and reconciling purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Provide input to the annual budget process, supporting budget management.
